Orders are in EUROS and accepted on „price on date of order“ basis. All prices are inclusive of VAT (21%).
Delivery time:
The goods on stock are delivered immediatelly after payment receiving. On our websites, there is shown the delivery date of every item.We recommend you to write us your required term of delivery. In case of any problem, we will inform you about it in advance.
Return of goods:
Goods damaged in process of sending, goods sent in error and unfit goods may be returned. Any shortages must be reported by e-mail reklamace@ptakoviny.biz and must be returned within 14 days of invoicing. These goods have to be unused and in origin box (if there is). The amount of these goods will be sent to your account after returning them. The amount of delivery taxes will not be sent.
Term of guarantee:
24 months for all goods.
